  1. Log in as a user with the site admin role.
  2. Find a form that you wish to edit.
  3. Click the appropriate form name in the list shown on screen.
  4. Click "Manage fields" in the top navigation bar.
  5. Type the label for the field into the "Add existing field" field.
  6. Browse for and select the existing field under the "Field to share" field. Existing fields are sorted by field type.
  7. Do not change the widget type.
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save."
  9. Do not change any of the settings on the following pages. Doing so will change them in all places the field is used.
  10. Click "Save settings."
