- Log in as a user with the site admin role.
- Find a form that you wish to edit.
- Click the appropriate form name in the list shown on screen.
- Click "Manage fields" in the top navigation bar.
- Type the label for the field into the "Add existing field" field.
- Browse for and select the existing field under the "Field to share" field. Existing fields are sorted by field type.
- Do not change the widget type.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save."
- Do not change any of the settings on the following pages. Doing so will change them in all places the field is used.
- Click "Save settings."
