EthosCE Analytics integrates a top-rated business intelligence platform (Looker) and provides reports of user, course and system data in dashboards and reports.
Dashboards and reports are available to all roles with reports access.
To access dashboards and reports:
Click the wrench to open the admin menu
Click "EthosCE admin"
Click "EthosCE Analytics"
Click one of the links under "Group EthosCE Analytics" and "Public EthosCE Analytics"
These items are custom to your site. The dashboards and reports will have your custom course and profile fields as filters and fields.
This grouping of dashboards contains analytics that do not have your custom fields and filters. "Public" does not mean your data is exposed to others, only that the report formats are shared among all EthosCE Analytics users.
In many cases, dashboard need to use specific course data. To do so, apply a course filter on the global dashboard or just go the course or group itself.
Learning group and series admins can access dashboards on their groups and series by clicking "Group dashboard" in the left menu of the group or series.
To access a group or series dashboard:
Navigate to the vertical admin menu on the left-hand side of the series.
Under "Admin" click on "Group report."
Each course contains a course dashboard. Parent courses will have a second dashboard, which is a rollup of all the child courses.
To access a course dashboard:
Click the "Course reports" tab.
Click the "Dashboard" tab.
To access a parent course dashboard:
Click the "Course reports" tab.
Click the "Parent dashboard" tab.
