Setting up the Global Commitment to Change (CTC)

The system allows for only one global CTC to be created.


  1. Click the wrench to open the admin menu.
  2. Click "Structure."
  3. Click "Commitment to Change."

Categories:

Each category will ask the following questions for the learner:
  • List a specific, measurable change you plan to make
  • On a scale from 1 to 10, how confident are you that you will be able to make this change?
Each category should be on its own line in the "Categories" field. Categories should be typed into the field as key-value pairs, for example: Treatment|Treatment 

Barriers:
The barriers that are set will appear when the learner selects ‘No’ as their answer to implementation.

  1. Each barrier should be on its own line in the "Barriers" field. Barriers should be typed into the field as key-value pairs, for example: Other|Lack of Opportunity|Lack of Opportunity

Reminders:

  1. In the "Reminders" field, set options for what the learner can choose for their Commitment to Change Followup. The first key represents the number of days, and the second value is the label that the learner will see: 

As of 7.33, administrators can set a minimum or maximum number of commitments for a learner to complete.
