Emailing Enrolled Learners

"Send E-mail" e-mails specific enrolled learners in a course.

  1. Navigate to the course.

  2. Click the “Enrollments” tab.

  3. Check the checkbox next to the learner(s) to email.

  4. Click the "Send e-mail" button.

  5. Type the subject of the e-mail into the "Subject" field.

  6. Type the text of the e-mail into the "Message" field.

  7. Click the “Next” button.

  8. Click the “Confirm” button.

"Signup broadcast" e-mails all enrolled learners in a course.

  1. Navigate to the course.

  2. Click the “Enrollments” tab.

  3. Click "Signup broadcast."

  4. Type the from e-mail address into the "From" field.

  5. Type the subject of the e-mail into the "Subject" field.

  6. Type the text of the e-mail into the "Message body" field.

  7. Click "Send."

If there are no learners enrolled in a course, then the signup broadcast option will not be available.
