Viewing a Learner's Purchase History

A purchase history for a learner is the record of all orders that are created for a particular learner. An order is generated whenever a learner purchases a paid course. If an administrator purchases a course for a learner it will also appear in the learner's purchase history.

To view a learner's purchase history: 

  1. Navigate to Manage Users and search for learner(s).

  2. Click on the learner's username to navigate to the learner's profile page

  3. Click the “Orders” tab to view the learner’s order history.

  4. For each order item, there are various tasks that can be performed by the admin such as viewing, editing and printing the order.
