Navigate to the course.
Click the "Edit" tab.
Click the "Options" link at top left.
If there are no attributes added to the course click on the "Attribute" link, then first add an attribute to the course.
Check the checkbox under "Options" for each row to be enabled as an option.
Type the pricing adjustment into the "Price" field for each row. Enter a positive or negative value for each adjustment applied when this option is selected.
To reorder the options use the handle at the far left and drag each row to the desired position.
Click the "Save" button.

For versions before 7.5, the steps are slightly different:

Navigate to the course.
Click the "Edit" tab.
Click the "Pricing" subtab.
Click the "Options" vertical tab. If this link does not appear in the left menu, then you must first add an attribute to the course.
Check the checkbox under "Options" for each row to be enabled as an option.
Type the pricing adjustment into the "Price" field for each row. Enter a positive or negative value for each adjustment applied when this option is selected.
To reorder the options use the handle at the far left and drag each row to the desired position.
Click the "Save" button.
