To add a new field:
- Navigate to a Webform.
- Click "Webform" tab.
- Type the label in the "New component name" field.
- Select the type of field from the dropdown list in the "Type" column.
- Check the "Required" checkbox if the learner must fill out the field.
- Click the "Add" button.
- Review the available options for the selected field type. Some important options are:
- Max length: restrict the amount of characters that may be put into a field
- Default value: pre-fill a field with a value that may be edited later
- Click the "Save component" button.
- Repeat steps 1-6 to add more fields.
- Click "View" tab to preview.
