Questions can be reordered inside of a Quiz, and optionally placed into pages.
Add a Page if to configure Quiz pagination
On the Quiz, click the "Quiz" tab.
Click the "Questions" sub tab.
Under "Questions in this quiz", click and drag the handles to re-order the questions
Questions may be "nested" under a "Quiz page" type question.
Click the "Submit" button to save the new order.
In the example below, the three questions will all appear on the "Health Systems: Delivery System Design" page.
