The status of the activity application submission can be changed to help track progress. The following options are available by default:

  • New

  • Internal review

  • Working with course director

  • Committee review

  • Rejected

  • Approved

  1. Log in as a CME Manager or a CME Reviewer.

  2. Navigate to the Activity Application dashboard.

  3. Click the "Edit" link for the application to edit.

  4. Click the "Manage" tab.

  5. |Select the desired Application Status.

  6. Click "Submit."

To send an activity application back to the submitter for editing:

  1. Log in as a CME Manager or a CME Reviewer.

  2. Navigate to the Activity Application dashboard.

  3. Click the "Edit" link for the application to edit.

  4. Click the "Manage" tab.

  5. Under This Form is Complete and Ready for Submission, change the status back to "No".

  6. Fill in any notes or requested changes in the Requested Changes Field.

  7. Click "Submit"

As of version 7.31, CME Managers and CME reviewers can now send an application back to the submitter for editing.  A new field, 'Requested Changes', will send the user an email notification with applicable editing notes.  When complete, the submitter now has the ability to resubmit the activity application.
