A Commitment to Change (CTC) is a self-directed evaluation used for reporting and measuring outcomes. The learner is asked to provide specific, measurable changes and then reminded of those changes at a later date. The learner is then asked if they were able to complete their specific change. The options available are yes, no, and need more time. Additional detail is collected for each option.

Within EthosCE, the CTC is configured at a global level, and then added to a course as a course object.  The CTC course object typically appears before the credit or certificate course object.

For a more detailed description of the CTC questions, reminders and statuses, please read the CTC user workflow page.
