Imported Course Records - PARS and JA PARS Participation Counts

Imported course records can be included in PARS and JA PARS participation counts. In order to be counted, each course record must have a start date, and be flagged as physician or non-physician using the defined import format.

To include imported course records in PARS:

  1. Populate the import file.

  2. Enter an enrollment date in the enrollment_start field.

  3. Run the import at the course importer.

Important

If you are importing more than one course record per participant into the same activity, only add the participant_category to one of the participant's records. This is because every unprocessed record with a value in participant_category will be counted, regardless of whether or not they belong to the same participant.
